First time coming in we have visited the pursers office to ensure we don't get charged their hefty daily room service charge..The only good thing about this ship is The Verandah restaurant, Solomon at pursers office, complimentary shuttle buses at ports to main shop or city area.Read More

Disappointing

Service in all the restaurants we visited was mixed, ranging from excellent to Fawlty Towers.Drinks expensive unless you stuck to the daily specials and I don’t get the 15% service charge when you already pay daily gratuities.Read More

25 days Sydney to Singapore via Hong Kong

The food in the main restaurant was of a goof=d quality, but as we were on the ship for 25 days lacked a little in choice toward the end.When contemplating a cruise with Cunard get everything in writing, we spent 3 hours on the phone between NZ and Australia with the Cunard agent and decided to upgrade our stateroom to a room with an un-interrupted view, on deck 11, we were told some of deck 8 would also have these views but were promised the higher one.Read More
