HAL is always our go to cruise line so when we decided to try a transatlantic cruise we booked with HAL. This was our second Royal Caribbean Transatlantic crossing and what a contrast. Our 2018 trip was a real pleasure. This November 2022 cruise was plagued by mistakes.
