I have cruised NCL many times and have been on the Jade before. Things have changed with this cruise line. Customer service was not good. Could not get a water bottle or even a pad of paper and pen for the room. Was told this was only available for full suites and above, we had a balcony suite. Terrible entertainment with no real production show. Food in there free restaurants was awful. Again ...

This was my first cruise on Norwegian, but my 16th cruise overall. It was my favorite! The crew were ALL friendly, enthusiastic and fun. The food was good, service great, and the activities fun. We love NCL; this was our fourth cruise with them. Started with a weather issue and Bermuda drop as a port; we did not find this out until we were in the check-in line. We had a wonderful time on our 10-day cruise!! Eddy Jenkins was an awesome cruise director, and the entire staff was friendly and anxious to see that we had a good time and enjoyed good service! What can you really say about a stateroom where the bedding had obviously not been changed from the previous guests.
