The ship may be beautiful, but the organization is terrible. Not enough tables in the main restaurant, not enough sunbeds by the pool. Overall, we had an very good experience. The crew was outstanding- knowledgeable, efficient and had good senses of humor. My wife and I enjoyed our 11 day NCL cruise on the Jade very much. The food was excellent as was the entertainment.
