Just completed a 7 day cruise out of Venice on Costa Delizosa .I had been concerned about so many bad reviews prior to my departure but thankfully the cruise was all good the food cabin and service were as good as the 20 plus cruises I have been on before. Having said that all my previous cruises were on English speaking ships this being the first Italian one.All in all an enjoyable experience. I ...

Great Experience / Questionable Excursions

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Norwegian Pearl

Overall our cruise was excellent. We planned this vacation 3-4 years ago which got cancelled due to Covid so we were excited to have a 2nd opportunity. We opted to sign up for Priority Access at the last moment noting the stated advantages. This made boarding the ship a breeze, however we did not get the full advantage of the promotion. Since we had already scheduled spa treatments online we ...

Our trip was good but NCL might not be for us

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Norwegian Pearl

I would rate NCL 3.5 *The Athens to Venice itinerary was good when we booked but 2 months before we sailed we learned that we could not doc in Venice for two nights-as planned when we booked in 2023. It turns out the laws changed for the Venice waterways in 2019-2020 but have not been consistently reinforced. I think NCL should have notified us of this as I would have chosen a different ...

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Voyager of the Seas

This was our first time on Royal and in the Mediterranean so was unsure exactly what to expect. My husband and I were both very happy with our cruise and would do it again without question. Embarkation: It took all of 10 minutes from the time we arrived at the Port in Ravenna until we were on the ship. We quickly did our muster and had lunch at the buffet. It couldn't have been any easier or ...

We enjoyed our 14 day Mediterranean Cruise!

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Costa Fortuna

We chose this trip for the dates and itinerary. We sailed from Toulon and enjoyed a few days in London and Paris before departure. The ship was nice, the food overall was good, and the staff was accommodating. Our wait staff for meals Komang was really good at what he did! Cabin crew with Michael was also great. As expected this is a European line with mostly European passengers. The only thing ...

This is the 4th time on Azura, having been on the ship in her Maiden year to the Baltics 2010 ,Med 2012 and the Fjords 2017 and I am pleased to say she has still plenty of life left in her yet though obviously not new. I had read so many negative reviews about her after I had booked this one, that I tried to cancel it but couldnt without a large financial loss. Who writes these reviews ? this ...

Great cruise

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on MSC Splendida

MSC has great quality of both service, food, entertainment, modernity of the ship for the price. You can't expect the level of Azamara or the latest ships like Icon of the Seas if you pay for a cruise even 300 or 400 for 7 days. I've been on five MSC cruises and they all completely delighted me, the service is phenomenal and classy. Very nice, everyone smiles at every step, helps. A very large ...

No shuttles to towns only in Florence where you are left at the port area need to catch a train and bus which took over two hours to get to Florence. Leaving two hours to explore. Dining. Food is the same each day Service is mixed some staff are rude especially at reception when entering the restaurants and in Maltings ...

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Crystal Symphony

The ship is lovely and the suite was spacious and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. The housekeeping staff did a terrific job as our room was always impeccably clean. The butler seemed stretched too thin; was unable to help with unpacking. The food was very good. Not exceptional but very good. The service at the buffet was excellent; best we’ve ever experienced at a cruise buffet. The ...

First time cruising and had the best experience. Beautiful cruise and would definitely be booking again. Staff were so polite and helpful all day every day, always cheerful and smiling. Never failed to put a smile on mine and my family’s faces. Went so fast, but best time. Food was amazing and in the windjammer you are welcomed by someone know as ‘ washey-washey ‘ who makes everyone’s day better ...
