5th time with P&O cruises (2nd time on Ventura) and the experience has gone south.

Orginally wanted to go to and overnight in St. Petersburg but they cancelled this and put in two diiferent ports of call which were a total waste of time. Thank you Mr Putin. Other ports were so so. Decided to go despite them cancelling St Petersburg but should of cancelled like everyone else as there were on 1,200 passengers on board. 1) Customer Service. Crew was very helpful and sweet. Our cabin was always clean. Easy embarkation and disembarkation. Seemed organized and we enjoyed being 'pampered.'
2) Loved the games! Trivia and organized 'game shows.' The nightly entertainment wasn't too bad-for a mid-sized ship I felt it was good.

I will not discuss the noticiable drop in service here, just the Covid situation. Seabourn’s attitude is cavalier at best, not even enforcing their own written rules. This cruise was enjoyable, particularly as not full with only 2200 guests. We were on the silhouette in 2018 and at capacity it was unpleasantly full in the ocean view restaurant and around the ship. When we first boarded we experienced horrible service. Workers were rude. If you look too young to be able to buy anything they will treat you like you are not even there. So make sure when you are talking to the workers you put on a nice dress and a diamond necklace so that they will treat you with respect. The detail on the avtivities on the cruise were misleading.
