We really wanted to visit Iceland and Ireland. Spain and Portugal were a bonus, especially Barcelona. However our stop to Dublin was cancelled due to rough seas that prevented us boarding the Tenders.

Our first Viking cruise exceeded our expectations. Lovely ship, well-trained staff, efficient management.
Ship constantly well cared for and tidy. All staff were courteous and kind.

We are not cruise people. Those 4,000+ passenger cruise ships are horrify8ing to us.
So we chose to go on Viking to Norway & Iceland with 900 other passengers.
The ship was strikingly beautiful. Classy. Incredibly clean.

We are not cruise people. The thought of being with thousands of people in an enclosed space with kids running around and a ship so big you hardly know you're actually sailing, is not for us.
This cruise was not that.
