The elegant Sonesta St. George I was launched in 2006 and is one of the six ships in Sonesta Cruise Collection' Nile fleet. The ship, which has a French-style decor, sails between Luxor and Aswan with the line's four Goddess category vessels and the small 14-passenger Sonesta Dahabeya Amirat, which is a replica of a traditional Egyptian sailboat. The river line is a subsidiary of Sonesta International Hotels Corporation.
