My wife and I really enjoyed the ship. Excellent food, excellent staff and first rate facilities on board. The ship is amazingly clean and the staff is very attentive. We went on a cruise to Hawaii last year with NCL Pride of America and loved it even though 1/3 of the restaurants and facilities were closed due to (Covid) staffing. First of all, their website is NOT very user friendly. The customer service is actually pretty bad with helping or answering questions. Our restroom smelled like sewer The entire week.
