Staff was kind and helpful, very clean. Cabin and corridors are cleaned daily. Restaurants on 5 and 9 floor was cleaned permanently.

Staff is from the Philippines and they could not care less about the customers. They are paid very little money so obviously job is not made properly. The cruise was chosen as part of travel package. I have cruises before, but this was the worst for the following reasons:
- Lack of food choices and repetitive. They serve pasta and spaghetti with light sauce, lack of flavouring

After doing over 11 crusise it is the worst service got to cabin astray on balcony fully of buts no tissue in cabin took 3 days to clean and supply of tissue very bad seevoce asked for extra bacon and told no that’s the serve coffee machine closes most of the time only at bar poor food quality oven the pasta wasn’t to scratch
