Very very small ship needs a huge update. Hopefully they will fix the issues cleansing and update disability Lyft to work.

Terrible food & service. Upcharges for everything.

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

We booked the highest level suite available when we signed up. Celebrity plays up the "Retreat" status as if it means something. Turns out that a suite and Retreat mean nothing. Everything is an upcharge, and the ship nickel and dimes you for everything at every turn. Nothing is included -- laundry, gratuities, special drinks, special restaurants, meaningful wifi, and everything else is ...

Good, but lots of room for improvement

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

Our first cruise with Celebrity and not sure if we will go with them again. The best bit about Celebrity is the staff, by a mile. We didn’t meet anyone that wasn’t just wonderful. The first few ports were bland. We had already visited every stop several times before on driving holidays so spent more time than usual on board when we’d popped ashore. The most noticeable thing about the ship ...

Not up to expectations

This was our first cruise on Celebrity. We were told that Celebrity was a notch above the cruise lines we had previously sailed...Carnival and Princess. I agree with the comparison with Carnival, but after this first experience with Celebrity, I'm not convinced the added cost over Princess is worth it. We booked a mini-suite in Aqua class and the suite was so narrow, my wife and I could ...

This cruise exceeded our expectations. Food was good, our cabin was comfortable, staff were AMAZING, and the entertainment was pretty good! The ship is a nice size, not too big, easy to get from one place to another, all the amenities we needed. Excursions....this is where things slid. 1) Independent Exploration: Taormina City on Your Own - this was good, plenty of time to explore including ...

Good b2b cruise overall

We did a back-to-back on Constellation from May 13 to May 24 and then from May 24 to June 3. Overall, the cruise was between above average and very good. 1. Staterooms Comfy and well-maintained despite looking a little aged. The shower curtain was held up by cable ties, a rather innovative touch. The cupboards in the bathroom showed some dampness issues. The second stateroom was in a much ...

Not a good experience with Celebrity

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

The ship is quite outdated and has poor signage. The shower curtain did not have hooks to hold properly, shower gel holder falling apart, my bed was so sway backed, it stood out the moment you entered the cabin. The gangplanks were often very steep and not accessible with a scooter. This caused me to be unable to participate in purchased excursions, even those purchased directly through Celebrity. ...

This was our last cruise with Celebrity.

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

We did a transatlantic in March 2024 from Tampa to Barcelona. We regret to say that, with a few exceptions, this cruise was very disappointing. The worst thing was the food. It became a real problem. To begin with, it was very very repetitive. After three days we realized that almost two thirds of the buffet was the same for lunch and dinner everyday. That might not have been such a problem if ...

Some Very Good: Some Not So

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

We were on the Celebrity Constellation for the 9 night New Orleans and Western Caribbean cruise. We chose Aqua Class because we wanted access to the Blu Restaurant. We are 70+ with some mobility issues so we took portable rollators and didn't leave the ship at ports. We had been to all the ports several times and, because it's difficult for us to get on and off the ship, we chose to use it as ...

Celebrity Was Disappointing

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

This was our first cruise on Celebrity since 2006. We sailed on the Constellation to Canada/New England and had a great cruise, so we were excited to return to Celebrity. This was a probative cruise for our bookings (B2B) in Australia/New Zealand in March/April 2025. Our excitment was quickly tempered as we embarked. First issue, we made the mistake of adding Premier Access to our reservation, ...

Good cruise but not up to Celebrity standards.

This was our fourth cruise with Celebrity in the past year. We knew before leaving that the Constellation had not been Revolutionized but still had high hopes. The ship is in good shape in almost all areas. The solarium pool area has many rust spots around the pool and overhead and broken windows overhead. The aft windows in San Marco dining room were horrendous. They looked like they had not ...
