Diamond Plus cruiser with RCCL, but have sailed other cruise lines. Just let me say the pre-cruise terminal experience was different and not very well organized. One person telling you to go here and there with no signage. Thank goodness I knew how the process was suppose to work. For a new cruiser, it would be daunting.

The check in process was absolutely terrible. My husband and I were already frustrated after being stuck in traffic for over two hours, and then got to the chaos of this horrible port. The ship is beautiful, decor top notch, comfortable beds.
Service in dining rooms needs improvement.
