We have just returned from a seven night cruise to the Fjiords on the Magellan. Let me start by saying that if it had been my first cruise it would also have been my last. Cabin ok but very noisy, air con extremely noisy, when sea was rough the whole cabin creaked and groaned.we were on floor 7 , top floor for accommodation, but every night at 11pm the were crashes and bangs that went on for an hour, we later found out galley was above. all the chairs and sofas were stained and there was a general shabby air to the whole ship we spent most of our time in the ...

Chose the Cruise because I could board at Liverpool. I was very disappointed with the poor choice of food in Raffles buffet at breakfast and lunchtime. It was very difficult to find a seat to eat a meal since it is so small and this was a particular problem on sea days. Lots of staff on Reception but most appeared poorly trained and they constantly had to find more experienced staff to consult. ...
