We've cruised 12 times and so we know what to expect on a cruise and we've been pleased in the past. We have never given a negative cruise review before this cruise. Our cruise on the Crown Princess to the Southern Caribbean was very disappointing.

Crown Princess is a beautiful ship, but not beautifully designed, it is all very bland in colors and finishes. One area looks like every other area. Nothing unique or memorable.

We did have 2 balcony cabins on deck 10 Caribe.
Embarkation was swift and without a problem.
The cabins, what to say about the cabins. The wear and tear is visible all over. The floors of the balconies were full of rust, paint spatters all over.
Modern travelers carry with them a multitude of electric equipment, like phones and tablets. There is no way to charge them.

The 10 day southern Caribbean cruise on the Crown Princess was mediocre at best. The food was sub-par and the staff was not friendly or courteous.
