Dont Sail on Princess Cruises! EVER
"However, if all you want to do is cruise and you dont care if the boat arrives late, misses ports of call, your shore excursions are cancelled, the captain wakes you up in the middle of the night to make announcements and essentially the cruise is so unreliable that you cannot be assured that you are going to the places advertised in the brochure, then its ok to sail on Princess.Otherwise, if you truly expect them to deliver the part of the cruise where you go to certain ports of call then i urge you not to use this cruise line...."Read More

We have done this cruise 4 times previously and enjoy leaving from Vancouver while we live in Victoria so no airline travel required. Embarkation was very smooth and there the service ended. Embarking and disembarking were a breeze if you followed the multiple emails form the cruise line. I chose this cruise because of the Glacier bay stop and the multiple ports & length of time to enjoy each. Princess cut off one stop completely Ketchikan & moved back our arrival time so shortened it also & cut off some of our 2 excursion.
