Everything on this cruise ran late, from embarkation to disembarkation. At first we were told it was due to the low water level at Danube and things will be back to normal once we leave the Danube. This was our first canal/river cruise and we had a wonderful time. It was fully inclusive of all tours, meals and drinks with meals and a good choice of drinks from the bar at other times. We chose it because it was a smaller, more intimate ship, and guests were mainly from France, Spain and the UK which made for a better experience. This riverboat was last refurbished in 2011 and really could do with a new refurbishment. It is looking tired. WiFi is free, but doesn't work most of the time. Chose this cruise for (1) all inclusive and no nickel and diming us; (2) biking excursions to offset the awesome French food, and (3) size of ship with 174 passengers.
