My wife and I embarked on a 4 day cruise out of Tampa on Brilliance of the seas to celebrate her birthday. I have been on two other cruises (with Princess) but had never tried Royal Carribean. The Royal Caribbean staff was awesome during our extended time at sea, due to FOG!! We were very pleased with the extras that were provided by your staff to accommodate us during the extra night and day on board!! Our room steward, Frankie, was great as well as our two dining room servers, Rama and Jorge (sp?)!

I don't even know where to start, but ill start with the food, which was horrible in the Windjammer. It was pretty repeated food each day. The main dining room food was ok. The ship has held up very well. We feel that chops was not up to what we are use to. Johnny Rockets waited 1 hour only to get the wrong food. The show was Saturday night fever was just not great. Service was acceptable. Room service - on the 2 occasions I ordered it - took an hour+ each time. Both times I received stuff I didn't order, not extra stuff, but replacement stuff. Another couple joined my SO and I on this elongated weekend getaway from Tampa, FL.
