It started with the farcical embarkation protocols they have in place at Cozumel, Mexico. Their documentation states boarding is from 12 noon. We booked this cruise for our honeymoon which wasn't even acknowledged. We were very disappointed. I got food poisoning on my third day on the ship. I only ate on board so it was definitely from the ship and I had also seen people prior to me getting sick walking around with bandages covering where drips had to be inserted for people who had food poisoning. i love cruises and have tried RC and Celebrity. I certainly had high standards but this cruise made me not want to ever go on a cruise. Service was among the worst things: always rude and with no service or hospitality spirit. I even argued with the people at front desk because they were REALLY rude.
