Let me just say that I have been on more than 30 cruises and 10 cruise lines and this was by far the worst boat and cruise company I’ve ever gone with. Firstly, I walk into the room and I immediately got sick. I will preface this by saying that the boat is older (found out after booking) and I have mold allergies. In my new Cruise I decided to try MSC and we wanted to have at least one stop in Cuba. The desapointment started when I bought the Ticket. Absolutly DO NOT GO to MSC Armonia or MSC cruises. The ship is very old, needs to be refurbished at all or get retired. When we sailed the sea was quite calmed but the ship moved a lot, some people even got move-sick. We chose the itinerary because it leaves from Cozumel, where we reside. The ship is operated by italians but we only had contact with three older gentlemen who supervise the dining service as well as possible. Many of the service crew and front desk comes from Lithuania and other East European countries and their English is poor. The ship’s security personnel which controls the access are ...
