We have cruised over 40 times. Costa was the one we never did before. The ship is beautiful and clean. Unfortunately that is the only good thing about this cruise. We couldn't believe how limited everything was unless you paid more. Pizza on an Italian ship NOT INCLUDED cost $8.50. No iced tea or lemon aid. I chose this cruise because of the date, ports of call, and number of days. 99% of the people on board, were from Europe, and did not speak English, or very broken English. Dont go.....customer service was not help, not all crew can speak engish, only canadian and us get free water on board and the free water is only in the dining room, outside of the dining room you will have to pay for water. Yes, horrible food, lost 3 pounds. The meat is hard, pasta undercook, tasteless, coffe is water. Fish is also overcooked and dry, no vegetables. The buffet is like a ground hog day, same food over and over and over. Food in the dining room was also bad.
Never sailing Costa again, well depends if you wish to lose weight.

Let's just begin with Language, they don't speak ENGLISH even in announcements... The price you pay is only and only for the room. You have to pay for Water, activities, restaurant food, etc.. This cruise took us to Cozumel, Belize, Honduras and Grand Cayman. There was no description above that fit it perfectly. This cruise was the worst cruise i have ever been on for various reasons. I will first start by saying the only two positives which were the Ship which was fairly new and in good shape and the overall staff (they work really hard/do the best they can for being overworked).
