All of the staff spoke great English and we never had any problems with communication. They were also kind and patient to all of the guests. The entertainment was plentiful. Our cabins were EXCELLENT and we had pleanty of room. Hot water all the time, confortable bed and lovely view. The shore excursions are all great BUT extremelly expensive. We got better deals on each port by manuvering around by ourselves with locals. I personally found the decor of the ship a bit too much, but again...my aunt LOVED IT! Recommended by friends who had been and we loved this cruise! Flew to Nice and used the Costa coach transfer to Savonna. Embarkation was very efficient and cruise terminal in Savonna comfortable.
