The pool areas are nice, and have retractable roofs in case it rains. It does get a bit hot when the roof is extended.

The Caribbean sunsets were some of the best parts of this cruise. Especially if you got to see them from the top decks while leaving port.

Originally we chose this cruise mainly because of the ports it was due to stop at in Israel, Egypt and Cyprus, but this itinerary was amended when Israel declared war on the Palestinians and these ports were replaced by others in Turkey and Tunisia. This was obviously not the fault of Costa Cruises. Overall we enjoyed the cruise, but not Costa and unfortunately we wouldn't ever travel with them ...

I went on the costa pacifica in June 2023. We spent 1.2k per person for an all inclusive experience and a cabin with a balcony. -The Cabin: The cabin is small but enough for two people and the balcony is a must with great views and lovely breeze. First, this was probably my 15th cruise, and my 4th in Europe. Btw my cruise was actually the northern capitals cruise, but this site didn't have that option to choose. I'm not even sure where to start. 1. The food was horrible, really really horrible. the buffet service wasn't open at convenient times, usually over crowded, and the food stations wouldn't all be open, so there was always a search ...

My husband and I were celebrating our 25yr wedding anniversary. My husband chose the Costa Pacifica ship for its itinerary and price. Shore excursion desk and customer service not at par with other cruise companies such as Celebrity (see comments on Egypt below). Shore excursion locations are good if you are able to get in english-speaking ones. We talked to British, Americans and other ...
