To pre-register on Costa website you need lots of patience. Their website is not very advanced. Boarding in Miami was easy. Ships was clean and neat. I was advised against cruising on Costa lines and rightly so! The shower has no cold/hot water pressure regulators so you are either getting cold or scalding hot. The dining room is 100% staffed with waiters from Asia who learned a bit of waitering on the job. Beautiful ship, nice inside cabin in great location. Live in Florida so drove down. The ports of call were some we hadn't been before. Very little information is provided to passengers. When you dock you have to go outside cabin to find out when you get off. Two ports were tender ports and it was a zoo getting off. Very poor system was used. We booked last minute, got a very good deal, but got obstructed view veranda "guarantee".
