With only 3 exceptions (our dining room waiter Mark and two workers at the duty free shop) everyone on the cruise was very unhelpful. The crew also seemed unfriendly and unhappy in general. This was my 3rd cruise on Costa and absolutely terrible. The port times were by far the shortest of all the cruise ships. I emailed the cruise line numerous times to ensure one of the three cabins are a twin (and received confirmation in writing it will be done) which did not happen. We wanted to try to cruise with Costa.
The embarkation was not organized. People lined up wanted to get to the ship as soon as possible, despite we got our number to got in.
The room was cline. Lunch for the first day was fine, but no coffee or tea, had to wait till 16.00 pm,unless if we pay for it.

It was a terrible cruise. The staff was very rude, the beverage package we chose, Brindiamo, didn't have bottled water and for the night we had to buy bottles of water, even if the water was included in the package.
