Embarkation was quick and straightforward due to priority check in.The suite was well appointed with coffee making machine, dressing room, enormous shower with rain shower and plenty of hot water, twin vanity basins plus heaps of storage space. Last year we cruised the Mediterranean on the MSC Opera- this time we chose the Costa neoRiviera. The ships are similar, although the MSC Opera was lengthened a few years ago. The Costa neoRiviera is leaving the fleet in November and will be transferred to their German division, AIDA Cruises, so this review won’t be relevant for much longer.

Staff was kind and helpful, very clean. Cabin and corridors are cleaned daily. Restaurants on 5 and 9 floor was cleaned permanently.
We were informed about everything by daily news.
Very nice. Information desc was available all time.

Crusing Costa is a unique experience. Passengers speak many languages but the staff speak good English and are helpful in every way. The Ship was amazing, we were well impressed with the Shows, the food was lovely and a good choice but it was never more than lukewarm which was a shame, the staff work so hard and are so friendly.
