Fortuna - How unforunate!

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Costa Fortuna

We've cruised several times in the past. Costa Fortuna is the most unorganized cruised we've ever experience. We completed all the required on their website (when the site is not crashing) and when we checked in, the information is not there. My husband also registered as a Costa Club member and this was not reflected either. Dinner seating - we requested first seating at the Michelangelo ...

High Points: * Beautiful cabin - spacious, plenty of closet and drawer space - CLEAN! * Beautiful ship - CLEAN, very ornate; rode great in the water. * Cabin steward - overworked (responsible for approx. 10-12 cabins); always cheerful and kept our room in good order. * Waitress/waiter - overworked (responsible for 4 tables of 6-8). Low Points: * Management of ship - awful. Crew is ...

They directed us to the room to get our key cards. The ship is a replica of Carnivals Destiny with different decorations. Food at the Pool deck was awful, specially the coffee and iced tea, and there was no variety. ...

At first, I was very worried with the few bad reviews that I read so I went in expecting the worst. Cannot really comment on check in since we had a suite and bypassed the majority of the lines. However one issue that I did see if they you didn't have luggage tags you had to stand in line to get tags then drop off your bags then go into the terminal to check in. When you get onboard they direct ...
