After 3 years of wait book a 2 week cruise from Kiel to Marseille
Start with food or the lack of you have to ask for everything (yes everything) even salt and pepper shakers. The dinning room is not much better

Staff is from the Philippines and they could not care less about the customers. They are paid very little money so obviously job is not made properly. We had a baby with us and one time we were asked to leave the dining room since there was no place for us and the baby. 1. Cabin had layer of dust on furniture and carpet hadn't been cleaned in ages. It only got a good clean after complaining - only to be bitten by dust mites. Balcony furniture is in very poor shape and needs replacing. Hair dryer was broken and dangerous with parts exposed.

We wanted a break in mid April.. . . . . . it turned out to be very disappointing.
1. All jacuzzis were always full of people with no control of time limits so we stayed out.
2. Very young children (some with dummies) were uncontrolled, both on the dance floor
and at the evening meal. No problem with children playing at the right time and place..

This cruise seemed good value but it’s basically the easyjet the seas, seems cheap but will charge for everything!
