Costa Fervolosa Cruise. Review Employees: With exception of one on the third floor, at the reception table, all others were sweet, gentle and willing to help. Big kudos to the cashier at the Amarillo Ice Cream and coffee place. He is very gentil. Also kudos to the Indian employees at the cheeseburger joint. They are amazing. The App: The app is a joke. It doesn’t work when you ...

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Costa Pacifica

Originally we chose this cruise mainly because of the ports it was due to stop at in Israel, Egypt and Cyprus, but this itinerary was amended when Israel declared war on the Palestinians and these ports were replaced by others in Turkey and Tunisia. This was obviously not the fault of Costa Cruises. Overall we enjoyed the cruise, but not Costa and unfortunately we wouldn't ever travel with them ...

Less service than other cruise ships

We choose a nice cruise from Savona around the Mediterranian Sea. But very bad service, unfriendly crew and bar members at the pool area and also in the main restaurant. At a White Party Night, waiters going around with a trolley and want to sell you "White Sangria", you have to pay fot it extra. 6 Euro for a glass of Sangria !! French fries / burgers after 5 pm also for extra paying ...

Beautiful ship but the additional costs are exorbitant and leave a bad taste

As a first time cruiser from South Africa, our family did the European cruise which was absolutely amazing from the ports we stopped at and being on the ship as a family. We enjoyed our time together although we were shocked at all the additional service fees charged from mandatory daily service fees (on top of an all inclusive package) as well as purchasing anything onboard e.g. a coke is ...

Trip from IJmuiden to the Shetland islands and Iceland and back. Reading all the reviews I don't need to add much more comment. Costa is not learning from the reviews people are writing . In short: food is always cold/ extra payment for water!!!!/ extra payment for frenche fries/ pizza/ snacks. Embarkation was a chaos in IJmuiden. Much too less tender boats in some harbours with resulted in ...

Expensive and left us wanting…

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Costa Pacifica

I went on the costa pacifica in June 2023. We spent 1.2k per person for an all inclusive experience and a cabin with a balcony. -The Cabin: The cabin is small but enough for two people and the balcony is a must with great views and lovely breeze. The furniture is old and needs to be updated but expected on an ageing cruise ship and not a big issue. The biggest issue about the cabin was a ...

Review for a Mediterranean Cruise on Costa Deliziosa

I have travelled on Costa before and picked this cruise for the ports and also I liked the ambiance on the ship. For any of the staff to go beyond their parameters seems impossible. To me an excellent customer service seems unattainable on Costa. This tired cruise line needs a complete rethink on what they are offering and higher management needs to give the front facing workers a bit more ...

Don't travel with Costa Deliziosa!

Costa sent people to the wrong port. You don't start the embarkation process in Port of Marghera/ Venice like a lot of people thought.  You start it in the port of Tronchetto. Families,  old couples,  me and  my husband living our honeymoon,  all lost in the other side of Venice. We actually only spent money with a night in tronchetto because we thought we had to travel all the way to the port of ...

We chose this cruise because it visited the Countries and Ports we really like. I contacted Costa on 29th February the day before flying into Singapore and they told me the cruise was going ahead as originally planned. We had heard via (Facebook) that Cambodia and Vietnam ports had already been canceled, and I suspected that Thailand and Malaysian Ports were also going to be canceled as ...
