We booked Costa Pacifica for 10 night Mediterranean cruise for our wedding anniversary. It was our first cruise and i would say that it met and sometimes exceeded our expectations. Value for money was great and with few exceptions everything was awesome.

It was my birthday present from my husband so we chose a week long Meditteranean cruise! Brilliant from start to finish. The food was amazing, our cabin steward (John) was extremely efficient, and our waiter (Vincent Madavana) was excellent! We found all the staff very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Our previous cruise with Costa, on a Neo ship was extremely disappointing, but we tried it again on the Costa Pacifica. This time Costa was all what we expected and even more. I'll start with a variation on the traditional Costa opening... We've been on three previous cruises (Princess, NCL, Celebrity) so were a little concerned by some of the reviews of Costa. However, given the timing and the itinerary we decided that we'd give it a go. We're easy going and weren't concerned by English speaking guests being in a minority. Great decision.
