We chose this 23 day cruise from Genoa to Stockholm only to find out 2 weeks before we left that it was in fact 3 separate cruises. This meant we had to change cabins 3 times !

The Costa Magica is not the most modern ship in Costa's fleet (2004) but it's still in good condition and probably more importantly it's a happy ship. It has a ship's compliment of just over a thousand and carries just over two thousand passengers.

We choose the Cruise because at the first sight there were some "exotic" destinations (Casablanca, Tanger) but at the end, these cities were extremely disappointed (dirty, no "magic", only the names..).
