Just not what the Costa is promising
"The main problem was when we were going back to the ship, there was at least 1000 people waiting on the bus station and again no organisation just staff yelling at people to get in line and wait, and yet again there were 4 buses waiting on the station and only one was loading people.And just what to load one bus the staff needed 30min which is outrageous and because of that the amount of people waiting for the bus was just getting bigger and Costa couldn’t be on schedule with buses because they were just unorganised and couldn’t get buses filled up in a reasonable time...."Read More

I traveled from Greece to Rome and from Rome to Civitavecchia. I took a shower and the cold water didn't work.
