We went on this cruise because we had been on the Marella Dream in June, we had such a good time on the Dream we decided to go on the Discovery, so we could compare the two. we enjoyed both to be honest, although the Dream is smaller and older ship than the Discovery I'd say the Dream just piped the Discovery for us. This was our first ever cruise. We were a bit dubious at first and wasn’t sure if it was for us, but after a couple of days, we found our feet and began to enjoy it. The day at sea, the boat was very very busy (understandably), the pool area looked like seal colony, people were packed in like sardines, which I didn’t like.
