D412 Cabin (Mini-suite) was spacious, quite and well located (mid-ship). Did not have the squeaks and creaks that we were expecting in this no longer young ship. Note that the large balcony is completely exposed to those above all the way up to the top deck - this is not a private balcony. More outlets than I have ever seen in a stateroom before.Room steward was attentive. Read Less

The steward was great. The bigger cabin is highly recommended for a long cruise. Enjoyed the new larger TV's & the new wall mounting. However please update the available viewing choices. The paint splattered balcony furniture was a HUGE turn off. Pay attention to submitted forms for food allergies & do not deliver shrimp to someone that has a shrimp allergy. Good thing I looked & asked as the shrimp was chopped up & not easily recognizable. Read Less

Our spotless Club Class cabin mid-ship on Deck 9 was perfect for the stormy sea we encountered our first night out. Although we were very close to the elevators, we enjoyed all of the convenience and none of the noise. We enjoyed the two wall-mounted flat screen televisions. Our balcony was roomy and comfortable. There was plenty of storage space. We enjoyed the extra room and tub/shower combination of a Mini Suite. Read Less

We specifically chose B416 because it was a forward facing mini-suite. We really wanted the bump out view so we could see ahead and to the side easily. This worked out better than expected for Alaska. My wife chills easily :( I don't. I spent a large portion of the trip sitting on the balcony watching for wildlife. Because we had the bump-out view, my wife was able to sit just inside the balcony door where it was warm and still had a nice wide view. She'd often see seals before I did! The bed was comfortable except for the hump where the two beds join but that was easy enough to avoid. The 2 TVs are unnecessary...especially for us in Alaska! We turned one onto the bridge camera channel so we could catch the Captain's wildlife announcements :) Read Less
