Good location. Close to the elevators, but remained very quiet. Easy to get to from public rooms on decks 6 and 7 if something was forgotten. Yes, it is aft and dining options are forward. But it is a reasonably sized ship and the walk going to and from forward locations was not excessive. Nice, large covered balcony with foot rests. Read Less

Excellent! The perfect place to view the canal. you could look back and see the locks closing. The balcony is slightly smaller because the rail curves towards the back of the ship but has excellent views. You are actually lower than the side of the canal at one point and can touch the side of the canal. The cabin has a lot of closet space. The shower is small. Read Less

Girls cruise again! : Cabin A702
Great cabin. Quiet and close to the elevator. We never heard a sound from the kid's club or the fitness center. It is also a quick walk down the hall to reach the sanctuary pool (which is a public area, just bring your own towel).

I would recommend avoiding this cabin. Being one of the front cabins, it seemed that the breeze/wind on the balcony was more intense than further back. As previously mentioned, the balcony door wasn't sealed well and was very noisy in windy conditions. Additionally, I think there was more up-down and sideways motion. Read Less

The cabin is comfortable - the balcony is really good, 310 is an end one, facing aft, so you get a panoramic view of where you've been. An even better choice in the same price range would be 622 or 637 (any deck) as they have same the curved balcony but facing forward. Standard shower and bed. BE AWARE the "Premium Balcony" rooms 312 - 415 and 506 - 633 (decks 10 - 12) would be disappointing in my opinion as they're set back in the ship - you can't see around the side of the ship very far (forward or aft), only out to the side. They might have more square footage but they're a bummer due to the limited sightline. Read Less
