We choose this cruise because of Itinerary and value. The food was very bad and specialty restaurants were no better then main dining room. Tendering from the ship was a nightmare we were bearded like cattle. Value and prospective ports. Length of some port stay were short. Excursions for some ports were to short or two long of bus ride verses walking around. Miami was a nightmare. Was not able to have any time to explore.
Some parts of the ship were cold. We not attend functions in the forward theatre, because it was too cold.
I would think Norwegian would have a different port to stop at other ...

We went on a back to back cruise and this one was going to great places as well as across the Atlantic. Something we were looking forward to doing. Ship too large and it seemed like many of the staff were in training, especially in the dining areas.

I have gone many transatlantic cruises but this was one is one for the books. They were understaffed. Took forever to get dinner, lunch at the restaurants. The ship was not prepared for this cruise. Chose this cruise because of its itinerary and that the "at sea" portion would be no more than 4 days at a time.
