We have been cruising with NCL for almost 20 years. This will be out last cruise with NCL. A lot has changed (and not for the best) while cruising with them over the years. Although we are "Sapphire Level", even those "perks" have been changed and are minimal. As far as the food, room, service and entertainment - all were subpar.
