Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on Norwegian Getaway

Never thought we would do another Baltic cruise but as my wife is Polish there was never a question. We took full advantage of our Platinum benefits getting five on this particular cruise. Having flights, transfers and excursions booked through NCL made most everything go nice and easy. A few bumps however did occur. First we landed on the day of the Gay Pride Parade which was no fault of the ...

A glorious Baltic experience!

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on Regal Princess

We chose this cruise mainly because we've enjoyed all previous Princess cruises and we wanted to see new countries. We arranged our travel time so we could spend a day in Copenhagen before embarking on the cruise. With the medallion system embarkation went smoothly and we were on board within 20 min. of arriving at the ship. Our luggage arrived at our room very shortly after we did, which ...

Everything...cruise Princess the best. The best service, entertainment, food, excursions etc. Been cruising with Princess for many years and it never disappoints us. We are Elite members and we love the extras that Princess gives us. Excellant Baltic Cruise. We love the Mediterranean cruise also. Also, their Carribean cruises are the best all around and love their private island and ports of ...

Exceeded our expectations from embarkation to debarkation. Crews are very friendly and helpful. You don’t get hungry as lots of yummy foods on board and lots of sporting activities you can do on board to ensure you don’t get extra kg while indulging with lots of good variety of foods. Medallion class made everything on board really easy. They have a very systematic system where everything really ...

Restored my confidence in Princess

After a horrid experience on the Island Princess, leaving me inclined to seek other carriers, this Baltic cruise on the Regal restored confidence that Princess can indeed deliver a quality experience when they want to. I can only think that much of the positive experience that a passenger receives is the product of effective management by the ship's officers. In this case, I would be led to ...

It was our 40th anniversary and we are both Scandinavian but had never been to Sweden or Norway and thought that would be appropriate. We loved our last Princess cruise so were happy to find the dates worked for us. We loved the ship--great food, entertainment, staff, didn't over push the jewelry or artwork. The itinerary was awesome, except 5 days in a row of ports was a bit long for my ...

Six of us decided on this cruise because of the itinerary and dates. We spent some time before cruise in Copenhagen which was a great start to our trip. Everyone we met in Copenhagen was friendly and helpful. We have been on other cruise ships but first time with Princess. We found embarkation to be fabulous because we were able to register in advance through the medallion system. While others ...

We chose to sail for the Baltic cruise with Princess after trying other cruise lines for other cruises. Nothing beat Princess in term of services, itineraries, and values. We're group of 11 people (yes, odd numbers) and the dining room able to accomodate all of us in one table which make the dining experiences more enjoyable. Great menu on traditional Dining room (good options considering we have ...

We LOVE Princess cruises and really enjoyed the 11 day Baltic cruise. Weather was perfect, ports were interesting, Medallion worked great for unlocking your stateroom door and getting on/off the ship. Embarkation with the Medallion takes about 5 minutes, very quick and easy. The ship is beautiful and has plenty to do all day long, at sea or in port, there is always something happening. The ...
