Where did this cruise line go?

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on Seven Seas Splendor

Myself and friends chose Regent cruise because we were past Radisson-Regent passengers. always wanted to go to Baltic but now no St.Petersburg (not Regents fault). However right before cruise Regent cancelled Gdansk, which was a highlight. We were never told why but other cruise lines went. First major caveat - the wi-fi was a big problem with with the premium package - numerous cut ...

Poor, inconsistent - Iceland only shining light

We were really looking forward to this cruise. Great itinerary with Copenhagen, Norway, Iceland and Scotland. Despite a decent off ship experience we did not enjoy the ship - Recent poor reviews are accurate. It is consistently inconsistent and not at the standard of competitors. Feels like they are trying to please everyone and ultimately pleasing no one. - ship felt dreary and dowdy. Does ...

Great ports, but tired ship and lack of service!

Review for a Arctic Cruise on Norwegian Dawn

We usually sail with HAL, but the interesting NCL itinerary prompted us to pick Norwegian for the first time. It is safe to say that we will hurry back to HAL. Unlike HAL, where we were always made to feel like honored guests (even in the cheapest inside cabin), you were treated like an anonymous number on the Norwegian Dawn. At times, the service was not only indifferent but downright rude. Upon ...

The Travel Club of my HOA chose the cruise, Copenhagen to Southhampton. We decided to back-to-back it to NYC. We have been on many cruises, but only one other NCL, Pride of America, many years ago. This was a great deal, money-wise, with 3 specialty restaurants included in each cruise and a beverage package. Our travel agent didn't tell us about options like The Haven (more later), so we got a ...

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on Island Princess

Chose this cruise due to the itinerary and previous experiences sailing on Princess. Unfortunately, this experience was not like the pre-COVID cruises. Pre-cruise, EZ Air was horrible. Although the airlines were having their own issues, flights were cancelled, neither my travel agent nor I could not speak to an agent. After trying to explain that both carrier’s reservation system only had ...

We decided to keep our canceled Baltic Cruise during Covid. We wish we would have requested a refund. As a six time cruiser on Regent, we knew what to expect and decided to stick with this company during the unfortunate pandemic. Here are some of the pros: Great suite design Great idea of craft cocktails Laundry was prompt and decent job Pacific Rim was packed because it was ...

Not great

It saddens me to write this review because I think I’m done with cruising after this experience. I should have known something was off when weeks before we cruised we were never able to speak with a real customer service rep at NCL. Husband and I are experienced cruisers. Embarkation was a train wreck — hours long waiting in line in the Florida heat. We kept having to show the same documents to ...

We chose this cruise for summer vacation because of the price. NCL offers unbeatable prices, with a balcony and drink packages. For that reason, we booked. I've only ever been on RC. The ship is beautiful. The room was great, with a great balcony. Our party was 2 adults and 2 19-year-olds. Service left a lot to be desired, in all aspects, from our room attendants, to bar service, dining ...

Orginally wanted to go to and overnight in St. Petersburg but they cancelled this and put in two diiferent ports of call which were a total waste of time. Thank you Mr Putin. Other ports were so so. Decided to go despite them cancelling St Petersburg but should of cancelled like everyone else as there were on 1,200 passengers on board. The routing on the ship was terrible we went back and forth ...

The Cruise in general? Very disappointing.

Having been on cruises on more than one occasion including the Jewel of the Seas a few years ago, I have enough experience to know and appreciate what a good cruise is like. The ‘shows’ on Voyager of the Seas, were practically non-existent, compared to previous cruises. The ‘entertainment’, in most cases, ran for 30 – 45 minutes and, whilst entertaining, they were a poor relation to previous ...
