The ship is wonderful and well taken care of. Food was excellent throughout although it was repeated in the buffet often and got a little boring, it was still very good. The age of the average guest on this cruise was 70-- and boy can those guys push and shove. Lots of handicapped people, including my husband! EMBARKATION We boarded the Emerald Princess in Copenhagen. The boarding process was simple and efficient, considering the number of passengers involved. The total time to board was around one hour.
