This was my second cruise with Costa. First one was with Smeralda . Check-in and access of the cabin worked well. Deck 2 insides. The journey from Copenhagen Danmark to Tarragona Spain went perfectly.

I have cruised HA 15 times. Love the line. We took this cruise and extended another 14 days to travel to Egypt, Turkey, Greece etc. so we were on the ship a total of 25 days. We chose this cruise for the itinerary and to travel with good friends. While the overall ship is fine, the "upgraded" balcony cabins are woefully inadequate.
