Mediocre Norwegian Fjords

Review for a Norwegian Fjords Cruise on Nieuw Statendam

Embarkation was fairly quick and easy from Copenhagen. Itinerary was very nice and included excellent ports including the change to Gothenburg Sweden. Cabin service was excellent for our aft view balcony. Food quality was very good and the Pinnacle Grill is outstanding. MDR food was very good. I am still baffled at how cruise lines continue to create such poorly designed lido dining ...

My husband and I had a fabulous time on our first Seabourn Cruise. We were a little apprehensive, as the price was a bit of a stretch for us. We were very pleased with our overall experience. Although, we did have one really rough sea day, we didn’t know if the smaller ship made it worse or not, because we have experienced some pretty rough seas in bigger ships also. We have previously cruised ...

Exceeded my expectations

After I booked this b2b from Copenhagen to Reykjavik, I had some misgivings due to some comments on this website; therefore, I had to review after my own experience. The cruise line – Oceania exceeded my expectations in just about every way. I was last on Oceania over ten years ago; I thought they were good then but I believe they have improved considerably. This is as close to old-style ...

poor service cramped rooms

Took cruise because it had several stops we wanted to see. Unfortunately they canceled 3 of the ports. Substitutions were less than stellar and 1 was made into a sea day and two days of very slow cruising. The service was below oceania standards. We have noticed they are slipping and this cruise shows how far down they have gone. Rooms are always cramped on oceania. The serve you food at the ...

DISAPPOINTING FOR A VARIETY OF REASONS

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on Marina

See my Sirena review - many of the comments are the same. NOT THE FINEST CUISINE AT SEA (as Oceania claims) - in fact, far from it. One of my main grouses on this cruise was the fact that I fell really ill during the cruise. Of course I don't blame Oceania for that. But my partner went down to say we would have to cancel our participation in 2 excursions we had booked. Too late for a refund. I ...

Our ninth cruise with Princess and Regal met most of our expectations, some exceeded but one very disappointing concerns. We booked a balcony cabin and chose Caribe, stateroom was upto the normal standard and more than met our needs. Downside of cabin, some stains on carpet, still has plastic shower curtains and no usb chargers in the side lamps. Some rust evident on balcony, but no problem ...

My sister and her friends have traveled many times with Overseas Adventure Travel and encouraged us to come along with them for this trip. The trip was postponed twice due to the pandemic and then the Russian war on Ukraine, but despite that we were very happy with the entire experience. The accommodations both on and off the ship were excellent. The food was absolutely outstanding! The almost ...

Not worth the price.

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on MSC Euribia

The ship is beautiful, the staff was kind and professional however my family and I were disappointed with the overall organization of the cruise. Buffet was overcrowded at all times. It was very difficult to find a table and the variety and quality of food did not meet out expectations. Prices for a natural orange juice were outrageous (for a glass half empty). Also at the seat down dinner ...

New one BUT not what you're paying for

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on MSC Euribia

Went on this cruise the week from 16th of july until 23rd. As expected the cruise was full and also full of unexperienced staff that coudn't handle. Its not acceptable that you pay what you pay and there are not tables for breakfast, Lunch or dinner. Waitress walk pass a table dirty and full of dishes and look to the other side. You even wait 10 minutes for the Elevators. You pay for drinks ...
