Ponant Athens (Piraeus) Cruise Reviews

Well the ship is quite nice - very small cabin. Food is really excellent - they have a very good chef on board - no complaining Crew in Service and house keeping doing a very well job ... but some of the officer has not the guest in the focus of the cruise ... arrogant answer if the guest has requests. Sometimes we did have the impression - the only what is disturbing on this curise ...

We chose this cruise as we do not like big cruise ships. We have cruised on Sea Dreaming before (American based) and was hoping for something similar from Ponant. What a let down. Ponant had been suggested to me by a family member, and the smaller number of passengers was appealing after the larger cruise lines. We had high expectations for this cruise having sailed with Seabourn and other high-end ships before around the Greek Isles. The food was really average and didn't vary enough from day to day.
