We have cruised with Celebrity before on the Eclipse and the Silhouette and so had no hesitation in booking again this time on the Constellation. What a mistake! The staff to guest ratio is so low that the service was very poor. This was our second cruise on Celebrity. It did not compare favourable with the first. Like others who have reviewed the Consellation we found the accommodation far below the 5 Star rating you would expect for the cost of the cruise. I slipped and fell on deck 10 because of the puddles of water. AFTER I fell and got hurt there were big yellow 'wet floor' cones everywhere but that does not help my very hurt back.

Just got home. I have to admit, I was not too impressed with the cruise. I think we have been spoiled by going on celebrity eclipse and RCI independence of the seas.

Sold as a premium cruise Celebrity Constellation fails miserably. Carnival, Princess, Norwegian and P&O leave them for dead. Embarkation ; we arrived around 6pm to experience a wait of 30 minutes with reduced staff, this was an indication of things to come. There was no feel good factor and "welcome to your cruise" etc.
