Before you jump to conclusions I have been on 10 cruises and this literally was the worst. The only things we enjoyed were the shore excursions. The ship is in great need of being redone. There was dust and apparently other things on the ship making people cough and sneeze all the time. Chose this cruise based on past experiences with Celebrity.
Pros:
1) Ship well kept.
2) Staff overall was very good.
3) Sky Suite in the aft was a great location with a beautiful balcony.
Cons:
1) Sky Suite bathroom had issues the whole time. Toilet had issues flushing every day.

We sailed 10 days to Alaska. We are experienced cruisers and chose Celebrity because it sailed roundtrip out of Vancouver on a date we wanted. We fell for their marketing hype. They have traveled with Celebrity before and apologized for the experience agreeing it was a terrible experience from the room steward to the dinner steward, the food and everything in between.
