The Infinity is an tired, old, worn out ship. Food was awful. Tuscan Grill, extremely disappointing. Salmon in Ocean View Grill and hamburgers and hot dogs on pool deck were the only good meals. Eggs cold every morning in MDR. We are not picky eaters. I am no gourmet cook and we eat my cooking, but this was even worse than what I cook. Bed was hard and very uncomfortable. I recently returned from the last cruise of the season to Alaska on Celebrity Millennium, sailing out of Vancouver and returning to Vancouver. From start to finish, it was a great holiday. We stayed in the Sutton Place Hotel for a couple of nights and on the morning of our sailing, we walked down to Canada Place, pulling our cases behind us. Our cruise to Alaska was amazing starting with the crew, staff and scenery. Embarkation was so easy, we arrived at 10 and we were the first to board at 11 after proceeding through customs and immigration and the checkin. Boarding the ship in Vancouver was easy, no line ups...
Our cabin 8172 Aft Balcony was fantastic, everything was in wonderful shape, the balcony was almost bigger than the cabin 3 chairs, 2 tables, 2 lounge chairs.
Wifi I had unlimited, it was not great... but needed... very in and out.

This was our first cruise to Alaska and second cruise with Celebrity. We departed from Vancouver. embarkation was very smooth, no line, because we got there after 3. Because we packed lightly and handled our own bags, disembarkation was a breeze too.

We chose this cruise because we wanted an inexpensive vacation. The ship embarked and disembarked from our home city so no flying.

This was our second time doing an Inside Passage cruise to Alaska. The Millennium is a beautiful ship and the staff is top notch. Boarding was easy although you should be prepared to walk forever through Canada Place. There are lots of staff to guide you in the right direction. Once on board, we wandered a bit to get our bearings and then enjoyed a burger at the pool area.

It was a great cruise. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. To highlight a few.. Ananda and Baburao were fantastic every night at the trellis restaurant. Fifth cruise to Alaska and third on Infinity. We wanted a deal to Alaska and this was it. We are from Vancouver, so this was walk on and walk off and my elderly mother doesn't like to fly anymore. Also, this was the first cruise we had "Elite" status. Part of the deal was we could chose the category but not the cabin, which was fine.
