We chose cruise because son and family had week off, requested us to join him and it was no fly for us, We made our reservations a couple of months before sailing date and were unable to secure early dining so relegated to anytime dining. Our 9 day cruise was much better then expected. We chose Summit because of the ports and we can drive to the terminal.
Embarkation- We arrived at the terminal around 11:30 for our noon boarding time, scanned boarding pass then walked onto the ship. The process took under 10 minutes.
