Smaller than we anticipated with shabby frayed curtains and a slightly worn carpet. Despite being cleaned thoroughly each day, there were almost ingrained dust marks on wardrobe doors, but overall the steward kept the room clean and tidy and it was acceptable. Delighted to say, NO noise from the gym above which we had read was a problem. Read Less

The cabin we had was 1509 Aqua Class. Do not, I repeat do not, book this cabin as the noise from other activities on the ship are quite loud and take place at any time between 06:00 and 23:45. We complained about noise but were told that the ship would do whatever they could (it wasn't very successful especially at night from lounge at front of ship) Other than the noise a very nice cabin. Typical fixtures and fittings along with most cruises. Read Less

Definitely not spa like. No plush towels. Worn linens, mattress, and pillows. Furnishings tired and in disrepair.

Our AQ cabin, Penthouse Deck 1623, was on the starboard side with the bed near the balcony. The amenities were nice and the spa shower was refreshing. Bottled water for the first day and after that you need to pick it up at one of the bars. The canapes served were the biggest disappointment, just toast and spread, Celebrity should be embarrassed even to serve these. The balcony was very nice with footstools and a table included with the lounge chairs. There are nightstands for each side of the bed, which were very handy. The room was quiet with only occasionally hearing talking when others were on their balconies. Room stewards were friendly and efficient. We are going on this same itinerary next year on the Solstice but switched to the starboard side. I don’t know why but all of the sightings of whales and such were on that side. Also, the starboard side is the dockside in each port, so more activity to spy on. Read Less
