My wife has waited for 40 years to see Hawaii but this trip was the worst ever. The ship was very good but the excursions are not set up for passengers with disabilities as there was nothing that could accommodate an electric portable scooter . We saw nothing of Hawaii only the shops around the dock area. The entertainment was so poor that the passengers were leaving the theatre as the shows were going on , some shows were over a year old as seen on an Alaska cruise before. Staff and food were very good but a complete waste of money for us would not do this again. This could be our last cruise on Celebrity or Royal Carribbean as we feel like that the qualiy has dropped below the standard we expect from them.Tendering is a complete nightmare for those with a disablity as we were informed 3 times that we could take her travel scooter on the tender and when we got to the tender we were informed that it was not possible to take it. Second time on the Solstice, this time with 3 other couples. This is an excellent ship with excellent staff and great food and drink. My wife is in a wheelchair permanently and she loved it as well. The crew helped whenever we asked and we had a great time. We were in a wheelchair room 7139 and it was excellent and suited my wife perfectly. Nyoman and his crew at Martini, Amazing Randy in the passport, Radu in Cellarmasters, Yan in the dining room all looked after our beverage requirements and Giovanni and Judas for the dining room for dinner were sensational and I almost forgot Sunshine in the Oceanview Cafe. We went to Tuscan twice, Silk Harvest and Murano once each. We had the premium drink package and even though it cost a packet because it was 18 nights I would not do it any other way. Never had to stress about bill shock and we certainly got our value from it. The onboard shows were good and never the same artist. Auckland,Papette, Moorea, Bora Bora,Maui and then Honolulu. We drove around Papette and that was average as it was Sunday and most things were closed, Swam with the sharks and rays in Moorea and then Jet Ski around Bora which was the highlight. Everyone enjoyed a fantastic cruise which was all but full of passengers but it never seems crowded and the 8 of us were able to find tables and chairs when needed for our group or if we split up at times it was never an issue. Can't wait until we go on this ship again. Read Less
