A comfortable reasonable sized bed. Good quality toiletries. Great shower with closable door (I hate shower curtains so was pleased to see there was not one!). Towels could have been a bit bigger but did their job! We asked the cabin steward for larger robes as well which were delivered to us. Tea and coffee making facilities. Safe. Hairdryer (not the greatest). TV with various channels on including the traditional cruise channels like view from the bridge and the directors channel. We had a little seating area with a sofa and table and also a mirror with another chair. We were on deck 6 in room 6187 - this is the first level with the balcony rooms and where the life boats are. We did not have an obstructed view of the horizon - it meant that we could not look down to the sea due to the life boat being there. It wasn't really an issues at all although I did think it was going to be before we got on the ship. There is plenty storage - the cupboards above the bed are almost hidden and I wouldn't have known about them if someone had not said! This gives plenty of room and your suitcase should be able to fit under the bed out of sight and mind. There are 3 big drawers and a wardrobe and the bathroom has a cabinet too. Our cabin steward was great - the room was always spotless. Turn down every night and towels replaced in the morning and/or evening. Read Less

Great cabin, spotlessly clean, though a little tired in places. Would stay in same location again.

Short but not so sweet : Cabin 6180

Our cabin was clean and functional. The bathroom was bigger than those on some RCC ships we've been on. It really needs more drawer space but was fine for a 3 night cruise. The lifeboats underneath didn't really spoil our view ... Read More

The partially obstructed view is only because of the lifeboats just below on deck 5. Looking out at the ocean or forward or aft is not obstructed at all.

A partial obstructed cabin at the back of the ship which was obstructed by the roof of one of the restaurants. What that meant was you couldn't see directly down to the sea, but you had a horizon view. We found no issue with this at all and in fact the balcony was a really good size. We personally liked this cabin, the position and the layout. Read Less

This cabin was very comfortable, the balcony is only obstructed in the lower part by the top of the lifeboat and actually provided a good shelter from the wind. Close to the main lifts and quiet area of the ship.

An excellent location, very quiet with good access to lifts. This is a classified as a partially obstructed balcony, but the obstruction is only when looking down as you are level with the top of a lifeboat. The cabin slept 4, with the sofa turning into a bottom bunk and the top bunk folding down from the ceiling above it. The only slight problem is that for 4 people the storage is not quite adequate. Cabin was spotlessly clean and attendant was excellent. A couple of hints - Take some coat hangers as there aren't enough and plug adaptors as the sockets are a mixture of European and American) Overall, very happy with the cabin. Read Less
