We were attracted by the itinerary and were not disappointed (except for Ibiza.). This is our second cruise with Celebrity on a Solstice class ship and it was nice that we were already familiar with the lay out once on board. Only reasons we didn't give it 5-star treatment was the annoying upselling of meal and drinks packages. Also really shocked when we were told "your cabin grade doesn't entitle you to shower gel" just a piece of white soap. We did have a balcony! First time on a big ship cruise and first time with Celebrity. Layout of 'Reflection' very impressive with great appointments and luxury decor. Food and service first class although despite being able to choose dinner times we always ended up with a 6.30 or 8.30 sitting.
